Stanes Rand & Co. was established in 2001 and we have continued to build our practice on our reputation for providing excellent advice and first class service to our business and personal clients.

As well as general accounting, audit and tax skills, Andrew Rand (Principal) and Ian Maddison (Associate), based in Cambridge, have individual specialist skills in property tax issues and corporate finance. Stephen Hubbard (Associate), who specialises in family owned businesses, is resident in King's Lynn.

With Ian Maddison's experience as a partner with Ernst & Young and his involvement with public companies and listings and Andrew Rand's tax knowledge from being a partner in a London firm of accountants the team has a real belief that it can help its clients from cradle to flotation.

Stanes Rand clients include hi tech, software, service operations, food, leisure, retail, waste management, distribution, machinery, construction, investment property amongst others. Stanes Rand is used to dealing with stand alone operations or groups and our portfolio includes a number of inward investment companies.
